Information Literacy (Lecture)

MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN YOUR LIFE

When talking about who is the most influential person in my life, my answer, without any hesitations, is my mother. She has been with me since the very first day of my existence – the day that I was first formed inside her womb. I have realized that she is the most influential person in my life ever since I was a child. Up until now, she has done everything to make the world a better place for me to live in. She has always been my teacher, my friend, and my mentor. She influences me almost in every aspect of life – perspective towards different things, values, decisions, beliefs, and the like. Whenever I am down, she does her best to lift me up. She always supports me on my endeavors very much. Most importantly, she reminds me how to remain strong despite of all the problems and challenges that life brings.

Sources of Information
Where will you get them?
I will get information from the news update on the television, observations of people posted in different social media websites and my very own observations as well.
Access to the information
How will you access them?
I will access them through engaging in different social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter. Also, watching news updates on the television will help me access information.
Evaluate information
How will you check the quality of information?
I will take into consideration the credibility and reliability of the sources of information. In addition, I will make sure that there will be accurate evidences to support the observations being said.
Organize information
How will you organize and store them?
The most efficient way to store and organize the information is to take pictures and to capture videos of the happenings during the actual heavy rainfall.
