The media provider that I spent the most time with is Spotify because I really love listening to music and Spotify is the best media provider in the music streaming field for me.

What roles does the media play in your lives?

Media is very essential to us especially in the ever-developing technology we have today. It plays an important role in helping us to communicate with other people. It sends and receives our messages faster and even in longer distances. Also, it provides us leisure and amusement through graphic videos, music, images, and the like. Lastly, it serves as the primary medium for faster dissemination of news, updates, and information needed in our everyday life.

Technology Literacy is the ability of someone to use technology properly and responsibly. This ensures that technology is used only for the common good and not to harm people.

Media Literacy pertains to the well-disciplined use of media. It is the utilization of knowledge and skills to effectively use media.

Information Literacy refers to the capacity of a person to convey, understand, and share information. In addition, it also includes one’s ability to determine whether the information is reliable or not.

Media and Information Literacy is the skills that allow someone to effectively, responsibly, and properly use media and information. It also tackles about the discipline one must have in playing an important role in the media and information world.
